God's Word: A Journey to Jesus

Journeys in life are meant to take us to an intended destination. In this season of my life, my journey pointed me to Jesus. So I began a daily routine of reading my Bible to learn more about my God. It has been a wonderful time of discovery! However, circumstances have subtly crept in, blurred my vision, and distracted me from my time with Jesus. The Lord helped me to adjust my lens and fix my gaze upon the One who can help me move through challenging times (Hebrews 12:2). I was created to continually gaze upon Jesus and observe what He reveals and instructs through His Word. So I wait upon His every Word again in my daily devotion time.
